The only sunrise this week

I was up way before the crack of dawn to head down to Yarmouth for a Church assignment, I always pack my Domke F4-AF bag with a couple zooms and SB-600 flash. As I drove through Port Mouton, I spied the teeny orb of the rising orange sun and stopped; I can quickly get out of the car and shooting when need be. I used both the 16-85mm VR and 70-300mm VR zooms to get these captures.

Unfortunately, we won't see any more of the sun until later this week.....

Drive-by shooting

I took a spin to the other side of Pleasant River as I was prospecting to sell some aerials, I came across this peaceful scene by Waterman's Lake. Kind of neat reflections, and NO WIND which helps. Nothing special, I took these with the D60 and 16-85mm VR zoom.

Carrying around a camera bag is one of my better habits....
