Seems I have learned to really enjoy visiting this local farm, the lighting that falls here in the early-morning is almost ideal. Since the property is well elevated, the sun is up well over the horizon often before I can seven see it from my own house. With the sunrise getting earlier every day, it takes more effort to capture the moment.
I scooted up the lane of the farm as I was leaving for the valley for a Church-related assignment, I didn't have much time to frolic here - I was finished my shooting in about 10 minutes. I was satisfied I got what I wanted and my day had started off on a positive note.
The two Nikkor VR zooms (16-85mm and 70-300mm) are all anyone really needs if you are a Nikon DX shooter.
