It's not magic, all you need to have is the sweet light and the appropriate color palette. My drive around the Lighthouse Route on Saturday has yielded some satisfying results, I was just in the right place at the right time with a camera bag, the rest was relatively easy. Both of my Nikkor VR zooms (16-85mm and 70-300mm) are all one really needs to be a happy shooting camper.
