The old train tracks

Once upon a time, there was a very elaborate and comprehensive system of rail lines in Nova Scotia for trains. They used to carry both passengers and freight. About 20 years ago, some dimwit in the government felt it was time to abolish the tracks - the result was the abandoned railway corridor that the folks who own ATV's and snowmobiles now enjoy. Luckily, the old train tracks that traverse the LaHave River at the lower end of King Street are now part of a walking trail - the Centennial Trail to be exact - and they can be a very interesting photographic subject with the right light.
